Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension Model

Our in vitro pulmonary arterial hypertension model is a one-of-a-kind model that allows assaying for arterial pressure, the key endpoint that makes animal models the gold standard for PH drug testing. It incorporates all three key players in the arterial microvessels, including microvascular endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, and stromal origin cells. This enables single and multi-pronged testing approaches for tackling this disease. By providing a platform more representative of human physiology, we seek to accelerate drug testing and foster advancements in PAH therapeutics.
